Ability Beyond is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on daily living, personal care, transportation, behavioral support, goal planning, and documentation for adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral health needs in residential and community settings. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn; no prior experience is required because paid training is provided. Full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities are available across multiple Connecticut programs, with guaranteed first-, second-, and third-shift schedules and weekend availability.
