Ability Beyond is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on daily living, personal care, transportation, behavioral support, and community participation assistance to adults with intellectual, developmental, physical, and behavioral health needs in residential and community settings. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to learn; no prior experience is required because paid training is provided. The position offers Monday-through-Friday guaranteed full-time hours, $20.25 to $20.75 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance.
