Access Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join their In Home Supports team in Newtown Square. The role involves providing high-quality support to adults with developmental disabilities/Autism, enabling them to live independently in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living tasks, engaging in creative support, managing crises, maintaining case notes, and participating in professional development. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, preferably with one year of direct care experience, and possess a valid U.S. driver's license along with reliable access to a personal vehicle.
