Access Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Enhanced Direct Support Professional to provide high-quality personal care and supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This role involves assisting with healthcare, dietary needs, emotional support, and promoting a calm, respectful, and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong communication skills, continuously developing skills related to responding to emotional outbursts and crisis situations. They will also perform household duties and maintain familiarity with residents' backgrounds.
