Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide essential assistance to individuals in Day Habilitation and ICF programs, focusing on improving their quality of life, independence, and overall well-being. This includes supporting them with daily living activities, facilitating personal growth opportunities, and acting as transportation support to various community settings.
