Bancroft is hiring an onsite Direct Support Professional in Pilesgrove Township, New Jersey, for its adult residential Gloucester Program. The role provides direct care and supervision to autistic, intellectually, and developmentally challenged individuals; supports daily living, personal care, functional skills, healthcare appointments, community outings, transportation, behavioral interventions, documentation, and communication with families. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Wednesday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., with a current hiring range of $19.61 to $20.00 per hour plus additional incentives. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, and either six months of related work experience or a bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a relevant degree program.
