Responsibilities include developing relationships, assisting with daily living tasks like personal hygiene and cooking, supporting community integration through transportation assistance, and encouraging goal achievement. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrate responsibility, and possess a Class E chauffeur license.
