Firefly is seeking a compassionate and caring Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver to join their team in Boliver, MO. The role involves providing daily support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve personal goals, develop life skills, and participate fully in everyday life. While no prior experience is required, paid training will be provided.
