Description
The Residential Support Specialist provides quality support services to clients served by Buckeye Residential Solutions, helping them meet Individual Service Plan objectives and develop physical, emotional, intellectual, vocational, communication, and social skills. The role includes monitoring client safety and welfare, maintaining a clean environment, assisting with health care, hygiene, meals, shopping, household tasks, recreation, and transportation, and keeping accurate records. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, background-check clearance, and the ability to work shifts every other weekend; no job-related experience is required.
