Caregiver is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP 1) to provide daily residential and community-based support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, meal planning, household routines, community outings, transportation, medication administration, documentation, incident reporting, and participation in training. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, a clear background check, English communication skills, basic computer ability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
