Description
The role supports adults with developmental disabilities by coordinating and delivering training programs that promote quality of life and independence. It provides direct supervision and member support, maintains health, safety, medication, funding, documentation, ISP, quality assurance, regulatory, and policy compliance, and cooperates with agency and government investigations. The position works full time on a 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift with variable days and required weekends in Roselle, New Jersey.
