Chrysalis of Nephi, Utah is hiring an entry-level Direct Support Professional / In-Home Caregiver to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and programs. The role provides daily living assistance, medication administration, hygiene, first aid, life-skills training, employment and recreational support, documentation, and safety reporting. Full-time and part-time swing-shift and graveyard-shift options are available, with no prior experience required and English communication skills needed. The position starts at $15 per hour and offers health insurance and other benefits to full-time employees.
