Clarvida is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on care and supervision for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pennsylvania residential programs or intermediate care facilities. The role supports daily routines and independence, encourages community participation, monitors health and safety, maintains documentation, and assists with team member onboarding. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record; direct-care or behavioral-health experience and familiarity with I/DD populations are preferred.
