Description
Diversity is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in personal growth, skill development, community participation, decision-making, household and personal responsibilities, social confidence, documentation, and medication administration. The role offers variety of shifts after 12 pm and requires a passion for working with this population, a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, background and central registry checks, medical-need awareness, and a valid driver's license; a bachelor's degree and prior experience with behavioral challenges or mental illness are preferred but not required.
