Dungarvin is hiring a Mental Health Specialist II to provide direct, person-centered support to individuals with complex mental health and behavioral needs in its Acute Behavioral Services group homes. The role includes implementing behavior and treatment plans, crisis prevention and de-escalation, documentation, daily living assistance, medication administration where permitted, family support, and team collaboration. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience working with individuals with chronic and severe mental illness or a mental-health-related degree, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
