ELEVATE CCBHC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide comprehensive daily support and oversight for clients residing in an Intensive Residential Support Home. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities like meal preparation, personal care, and promoting community involvement, as well as administering medications. The DSP must prioritize client dignity, safety, and confidentiality, promptly reporting incidents and implementing behavior intervention plans.
