ELEVATE is hiring a Direct Support Professional for an Intensive Residential Support Home to provide daily care, supervision, and assistance to clients with disabilities and/or mental health conditions. The role includes helping with daily living activities such as cooking, personal hygiene, community involvement, documentation, medication administration, and behavior support across overnight and weekend shifts. The position requires a high school education, a valid driver's license, at least one year of relevant experience, and training/certification in medication management and CPI/Mandt; compensation starts at $21.50 per hour plus an attendance incentive and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
