Guided Steps NJ is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their individualized goals. Responsibilities include helping with daily living tasks like hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation, providing direct support during daily activities, assisting with personal care, supporting skill development, implementing care plans, administering medications, and ensuring a safe environment. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and patience, along with CPR and first aid certifications.
