To The Rescue is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional in Jones County, Iowa, to provide individualized, hands-on support to people with disabilities in their homes and communities. The role includes assisting with daily activities, appointments, errands, transportation, community participation, safety, documentation, communication with support teams, and advocacy. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays, and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and meet the employer's vehicle insurance requirements; prior experience is not required.
