Heinzerling Community is hiring a Direct Care Professional to provide hands-on care and supervision to residents with developmental disabilities in a residential healthcare setting. The role supports personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, daily living activities, individual goals, and residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and dignity. The position offers three shifts with base pay of $19.75 per hour plus applicable shift and weekend differentials, and requires CPR and First Aid certification; previous experience is preferred but not required.
