Hope Haven is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual disabilities or chronic mental health conditions. The role involves helping clients meet physical, mental, emotional, and social needs; providing hygiene, bathing, toileting, mealtime, transportation, and activity support; teaching self-management skills; completing client documentation; and promoting safety. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, communication and basic computer skills, a valid Class C driver’s license, reliable transportation, background-check clearance, and proof of state minimum liability insurance.
