Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will adhere to agency policies and contribute to individualized goals aimed at fostering inclusion and promoting social-emotional growth. This role involves ensuring the health, well-being, and developmental needs of served individuals by collaborating with other staff. Additionally, the DSP will engage in creating, implementing, and updating Positive Behavior Support Plans and Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
