Job Path is hiring a Direct Support Professional for its Community Connections program to provide one-on-one support to people with developmental disabilities in community settings across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx. The role involves helping individuals connect with community organizations, participate in activities, make choices, build relationships, and meet personal and professional goals, while also providing physical and medical support, completing documentation, and working collaboratively with supervisors and team members. Shifts are typically weekday daytime shifts, and applicants need a high school diploma or GED, written and spoken English, basic computer skills, and flexibility; prior experience is not essential.
