Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports individuals with disabilities by helping them develop basic living, job, and social skills to integrate them into the community. The DSP works under the guidance of a Residential/Employment Coordinator to ensure personalized care, maintain a safe environment, manage schedules, and promote self-sufficiency. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, financial management, and participation in team meetings.
