Liberty Residential Care Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Columbus, Ohio, to provide person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes community outings, life-skills development, budgeting and problem-solving assistance, transportation, meal planning, home organization, and documentation. Candidates must be available weekdays after 2:30 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM, be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record, provide automobile insurance, pass BCI and FBI background checks, and have CPR/First-Aid certification or be willing to obtain it before starting.
