Lumibility is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Westbrook to supervise, support, and train people with differing abilities in a day program setting. The role includes direct supervision, personal care, medication dispensing, behavioral interventions, employment assistance, activity development, recordkeeping, transportation, and participant safety. It is a 40-hour-per-week, non-exempt position paying $19.50 per hour, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
