Lumibility is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Wallingford to supervise, support, and train people with differing abilities in a day program setting. The role includes direct supervision, personal care, medication dispensing, behavioral interventions, employment assistance, activity development, recordkeeping, transportation, and participant safety. The position pays $19.50 per hour for 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Connecticut driver’s license, an acceptable driving history, and the ability to use a personal vehicle.
