Description
The Direct Support Professional supports intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and communities by assisting with personal care, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, social activities, transportation, and community participation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a current driver’s license, California automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
