Description
The Direct Support Professional provides in-home and community support to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults, assisting with personal care, hygiene, meals, medication reminders, social activities, transportation, and progress documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, relevant experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, a current driver’s license, California automobile insurance, and English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
