North Suffolk is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide direct care and assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes. The role includes skills-building guidance, individual treatment planning, daily living support, personal hygiene assistance, maintaining appropriate staff-to-client ratios, and supporting residents’ social networks. Full- and part-time positions are available in Chelsea, Winthrop, Revere, Waltham, West Roxbury, Hyde Park, and Saugus, with a base salary of $20 per hour and a $2.00 per hour differential for high-intensity programs. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, MAP certification or the ability to obtain it, and CPR/First Aid certification within five months of hire; related experience is required, while a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
