Oak Hill is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Glastonbury, Connecticut, for 16 weekly hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The role provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with personal care, medication administration, health monitoring, meal support, transportation, mobility, documentation, emergency response, and behavioral support.
