Oak Hill is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Glastonbury, Connecticut, for 20 weekly hours Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. The role provides person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with personal care, medication administration, health monitoring, meal support, transportation, mobility, documentation, emergency response, and behavioral support.
