Beacon Specialized Living is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. The role involves assisting with daily living and personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, medication administration, documentation, advocacy, and social engagement. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, and full-time, part-time, and on-call schedules are available. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate compassion, reliability, communication, teamwork, and professionalism in challenging situations.
