PATH is hiring a Residential Support Specialist to provide hands-on assistance and skill-building for individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes and the community. Duties include hygiene, grooming, laundry, cooking, nutrition, meal preparation, household maintenance, safety instruction, and support with medical information. The role works overnight or evening shifts with paid sleep time and includes training in medication administration, CPR, and crisis intervention. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required, and the position offers hourly pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities.
