Clarvida is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals in residential programs and intermediate care facilities across Pennsylvania. The role provides compassionate daily care and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supports independence and community participation, monitors health and safety, maintains regulatory documentation, helps onboard team members, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean record; direct care, behavioral health, I/DD, and residential care experience are preferred. The position pays $16 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options along with paid leave and other benefits.
