Premier Community Supports, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes in-home and community-based services like day programs, positive behavior supports, and 24-hour residential assistance. The role involves building strong relationships, promoting autonomy, assisting with daily living activities, facilitating community participation, managing budgets, preparing meals, administering medications, reporting incidents, providing transportation, and adapting to various schedules.
