Resources for Human Development (RHD) is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in the Mainstay United Program. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence and personal choice, developing life skills, encouraging community participation, providing emotional support, maintaining service records, and communicating with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, background-check clearance, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; prior experience and related education are preferred. Work is available in Allentown, Bath, Bethlehem, Coplay, Hellertown, Nazareth, Palmerton, and Whitehall, Pennsylvania, with flexible scheduling and possible evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
