Resources for Human Development is hiring Direct Support Professionals for behavioral health residential services in Delaware. The role supports individuals with activities of daily living, medication administration, independent living skills, community participation, well-being monitoring, crisis response, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts, and paid training provided. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid Delaware driver's license, at least three years of acceptable driving history, and the ability to meet driving requirements; behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability, mental health, and residential or human services experience are preferred.
