RHD Delaware is hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care, supervision, and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs in community-based residential settings. Responsibilities include supporting activities of daily living, personal goals, community participation, transportation, behavioral interventions, documentation, and collaboration with families and service providers. The role offers starting pay of $16.00 per hour, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid training, retirement benefits, and flexible scheduling, with evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts possible. No prior DSP experience is required, but a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and background screening clearance are required.
