Resources for Human Development is hiring PRN/short-hour Direct Support Professionals in Clendenning, Russell, and St. Clair. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities and dual diagnoses with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, household management, independence-building, social and recreational activities, documentation, and communication with families and team members. Shifts include 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and awake overnights, with one eight-hour shift per pay period required to remain in the relief pool. A high school diploma or equivalent, compassionate demeanor, communication skills, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it are required; prior direct-support or caregiving experience is preferred.
