Resources for Human Development is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for weekend shifts at Resiliency Manor. The role provides hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living, transportation, medication administration, community participation, crisis response, documentation, and collaboration with supervisors. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic computer and English documentation skills, and the ability to complete required training; previous human-services or direct-care experience is preferred. The schedule is 16 hours per week at $18.00 per hour, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
