Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports individuals with disabilities in a residential community living arrangement by implementing Individual Support Plans, assisting with activities of daily living, transportation, medication administration, personal care, meals, home maintenance, documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and documentation skills, physical ability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.
