Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional for Resiliency Manor on a second shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday options. The role provides hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living, transportation, medication administration, crisis response, documentation, and community participation. The position pays $18.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement, paid time off, training, and other benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, basic computer and English documentation skills, and the ability to complete required training; prior human-services or direct-care experience is preferred.
