Description
RHD is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for behavioral health residential services. The role supports individuals with activities of daily living, medication routines, community participation, safety, documentation, and crisis response while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. It requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid Delaware driver’s license, at least three years of acceptable driving history, and the ability to meet driving requirements; behavioral health, intellectual and developmental disability, and mental health experience are preferred. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available, with residential and community-based work, transportation, and possible crisis-response duties.
