AO Residential Services is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional in New Jersey for weekend work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role provides person-centered, trauma-informed support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral health challenges, including assistance with daily living, transportation, medication administration, behavioral support, crisis response, documentation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 21 or older, a valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, background-check eligibility, communication and computer skills, and CPR, First Aid, and agency training certifications; associate or bachelor's degrees and six months to one year of relevant experience are preferred.
