Advancing Opportunities is hiring a part-time per diem Direct Support Professional in Pennington, New Jersey, to provide compassionate residential support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs. The role includes activities of daily living, goal support, medication administration, transportation, safety monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. Compensation is $18.16 per hour on weekdays and $19.16 per hour on weekends, with paid training and other benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, at least 21 years of age, communication and computer skills, and the ability to pass background checks; experience with disability support, trauma-informed care, and CPR or First Aid are preferred.
