Mentor Community Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional on a PRN basis to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs. The role provides hands-on assistance with personal care, meals, medication reminders, daily routines, life skills, community involvement, recreational activities, and social connections. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED or relevant caregiving experience, hold a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history, have a reliable insured vehicle, and pass background checks.
