Description
The Overnight Caregiver supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. The role pays $18.85 per hour awake and $11.41 per hour asleep, follows a Wednesday-through-Tuesday overnight schedule from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, and preferred human-services or direct-care experience. Full-time employees receive a benefits package, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match.
