Description
The Caregiver supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, helping participants achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, communication and teamwork skills, patience, compassion, reliability, and a valid driver's license with access to a registered, insured vehicle. Compensation is $17.00 per hour, with pay on demand and full-time benefits including a 401(k) company match.
