Sevita is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving personal and developmental goals. The role includes helping with budgeting, nutrition, community involvement, recreation, daily living, meal preparation, medication, personal care, hygiene, and outings, while also serving as a trusted mentor, advocate, and friend. The position pays $18.00 per hour, offers on-demand pay, and provides full medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) match for full-time employees working 32 or more hours per week. Applicants must be at least 18, have access to a registered vehicle, provide proof of auto insurance, hold a valid unrestricted driver's license for at least one year, and pass background checks.
